After months of declining prices real estate markets may be stabilizing. Phoenix prices also seeing improvement, but not quite at the same level as the nation. The S&P Case Shiller index is how Wall Street tracks home price trends. Nationally prices are up 1.3% from February to March, the highest numbers since last May. Home prices across the country are still up slightly compared to last March. Phoenix is seeing a monthly price increase of 0.5%, but prices are still down 4.5% annually.
